Job Description for SharePoint Consultant:
Provide 7 SharePoint Standard Templates that include only SharePoint Online out of box components.
These SharePoint templates will be developed using Standard Out of Box UX provided by SharePoint Online. No Customization on SharePoint UI will be done.
Standard SharePoint Online out of box Enterprise Content Management Site Template will be used to configure Enterprise Content Management for the organization.
Configuration of Standard Content Approval workflow at the Repository level where approvers are provisioned within Azure Active Directory / Entra ID.
Limited workflows would be configured at the repository level to cater to business requirements that can be achieved using Out of Box SharePoint Content workflows.
