Admin Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare techno-commercial offers, PIs, PRs, DCs, and eWay bills.
  • Coordinate with banks and vendors for timely execution of tasks.
  • Support sales, service, and digital marketing teams with materials, communication, and documentation.
  • Prepare basic reports and presentation materials as needed.
  • Ensure smooth internal communication and task follow-up across departments.

Key Skills & Attitude:

  • Strong communication (spoken and written) in English, Hindi, and local language.
  • Positive, self-motivated, punctual, and result-oriented.
  • Ability to get work done from vendors and complete tasks on time.
  • Proficient in phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person communication.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, document handling).

Education:

Degree/Diploma/Graduate in any stream.
